This website is operated by Cerberus Games, an independent game studio and the developer and publisher of CerbCade. Using the site means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

CerbCade is sold and delivered through Steam, not from this site. Your purchase is a transaction with Valve, governed by the Steam Subscriber Agreement, and refunds are handled under the Steam refund policy rather than by us.

The price shown here is the current standard price and can change, including during sales. One purchase includes every game currently in CerbCade and every future update to it, with no paid downloadable content planned.

The names Cerberus Games, CerbCade, HELLFALL and Grave Shift, together with the logos, artwork, characters, music, code and text on this site and in the games, belong to Cerberus Games and are protected by copyright and trademark law.

You may record, stream and monetise footage of our games on platforms such as Twitch and YouTube, including sponsored streams, as long as the video is your own creative work and you do not present the game as your own or redistribute the game files. Press outlets may use screenshots and trailers in coverage.

For anything beyond that, including merchandise, ports, mods distributed commercially, or use of our marks in your own branding, write to legal@cerberus.games first.

Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorised access to this site, and do not use it to distribute malware or unlawful material. We may block access if you do.

This site links to Steam and Discord. Those services are run by other companies under their own terms, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.

The site is provided as is. We do our best to keep it accurate and online, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error free, or that every detail stays current.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Cerberus Games is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law, including consumer rights that apply where you live.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana and the United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute that has to go to court belongs in the state or federal courts sitting in Montana.
