Privacy policy

This website does not use cookies, advertising trackers or analytics. Nothing you do here is profiled, sold or shared. If you want to reach the studio you email it, and that email is used only to answer you.

No account, no form and no tracking script runs on these pages. Our hosting provider processes ordinary technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in server logs, for the purpose of serving the site securely and fixing faults. Those records are not linked to a person by us.

If you email legal@cerberus.games, we receive your address, your message and anything you attach. We keep it for as long as needed to handle the conversation and any follow up, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

CerbCade is sold through Steam. Purchases, refunds, payment details and Steam account data are handled by Valve under its own privacy policy, and we never see your payment information.

The game itself stores progress, settings, achievements and run history in a save folder on your own computer. Those files stay on your machine and are not uploaded to us.

Our community server runs on Discord. Anything you post there is handled under Discord’s privacy policy and terms, and moderators can see your Discord profile and messages in the server. Leaving the server ends that.

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email us and it will be deleted.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email legal@cerberus.games and we will respond within 30 days.

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Significant changes will also be posted in the Discord server.
